Of all students that fail a class, what percentage of homework assignments did not even get turned in? [I'm wondering how much of it is a "will problem" vs. a "skill problem." If they turn it in and get a bad grade, at least they cared enough to do something. If they don't even turn an assignment in, what does that say?]
